Shipping Policy
Within the United States, artwork is always shipped for free via USPS Mail. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order. Please allow up to two weeks for print production and shipping. If your original piece requires more drying time before delivery, you will be notified via email. All international orders are handled by DHL. For all orders under $300.00 the recipient is responsible for all shipping fees, as well as additional duties and taxes.
ORDER TRACKING
We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with delivery information and a link to track your item online as soon as it’s packed. Please keep in mind that the tracking information may not be available for a few days. When you log in to My Account, you can also follow your order under ‘Orders.’
Please double-check all fields in the delivery form, including their shipping details, and provide your preferred delivery hours while specifying a landline or cell phone. Sofi Jon Lou cannot be held responsible for an inaccuracy or error in the delivery address.
Missing Orders
Every order is dispatched via USPS Mail. For print fulfillments, please allow two weeks for processing. Originals normally take 3-10 business days to arrive, depending on your location. If your order is still missing after that period, please check your associated tracking number. Please send us an email to make a claim with USPS if your item is marked as “delivered.”
Sofi Jon Lou is not responsible:
- for any shipment that is lost, stolen, or damaged due to the shipping carrier.
- for any delaying in customs.
- for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages in relation to customs delays and clearance.
Customers are responsible for :
- paying additional costs for applicable customs clearance fees.
- paying handling fees to have the order re-shipped as necessary.
- Filing a claim made with the shipping carrier as necessary.
Undeliverable parcels
If we are unable to deliver your package to your home or alternative shipping address, it will automatically be returned to Sofi Jon Lou.
