Sofi Jon Lou was born and raised in New York. Sofi’s interest in the arts started from a young age and she was experimenting with colors and fabrics from childhood. Sofi went on to attend university to study fashion design at Parsons School of Design.
Since 2005 Sofi worked full-time as a designer in the fashion industry specializing in fully fashion sweaters and her expertise in knitwear developed.
Meanwhile, she continued to work on her own art and design projects and, after three years, her ambition took her down a more personal road when in 2022, Sofi launched her own studio where she dedicates time to her passion, drawing, painting and knitwear design.
